Jensen Ackles (Supernatural) - Week after week he churns out deep, emotional character work but because he is on a genre show, and on The CW, he doesn't get recognized by any of the award committees, nor even magazines. He was nominated for a Daytime Emmy three years in a row when he was just a kid on Days of our Lives, but now that his acting talent has matured...crickets.
